Director, Neil Miles

Director, Neil Miles, leads Planted Passion Pty Ltd and is a certified Horticulturalist of 15+ years.

Obtaining horticulture certifications, Neil’s career commenced in Margaret River as a tubestock propagation nursery apprentice, later working in vineyards and plantations.

Moving to Bunbury, Neil pursued a career in hospitality working his way to chef. Moving to Perth, Neil returned to horticulture, starting Planted Passion’s gardening service in 2013 as a sole operator.

Gardening success supported an increased service offering of landscaping and Neil became an employer and the company’s Director. Revenue raised through landscaping produced capital investment into state-wide fertiliser distribution. Fertiliser revenue funded the business development of two regional agricultural property acquisitions as of December 2020.

Incorporating sustainable farm design, regenerative and natural farming practises, permaculture aspects, intensive market farming crop planning and chemical free approach, Planted Passion continues to redefine its growing practises to precision.
